By Checking the box below you agree that your student will not have been around someone testing positive for COVID as per CDC guidelines and will not attend the event if they have COVID, flu, stomach bug, strep or other symptoms. You also understand that your student may be asked to leave DNOW and go home if they feel sick or are recorded with a fever.

I agree that my student will be removed from the weekend without refund if they are seen to be a discipline problem and distraction for other students because of this behavior. I agree that I will come remove my student if they become an issue and hinder the weekends progression in anyway.
